Training sessions are competitive and are organised to develop the skills of players, improve their ability and fitness and to progress players to become more dynamic, assertive and dominant in the game.
The club trains each Thursday at Manchester Leisure Sports Development Centre, Denmark Road, Hulme, Manchester M15 6FG.
Training times are 8pm – 10pm and costs £4.00 per session which includes entry into the Manchester City Football Club’s City in the Community Lotto Scheme. Training consists of approximately an hour of warm ups, tactics and drills then into teams for games.
Players are expected to wear sportswear, to bring a towel, drink and a skipping rope, as sessions can be very physical and tiring.
