Dominoes Junior netball club was proud to be the first Netball Club in Manchester to be awarded CAPS accreditation.
So what does that mean if you are the one wanting to play netball? What can you expect from Dominoes Netball Club? At Dominoes Netball Club you should have a fun experience in netball. There are experienced, friendly coaches on hand to help you learn and improve your netball skills. You can make new friends. Teams play in regular leagues and tournaments and the junior club can lead players into the Senior Section. |
What can you expect from Dominoes Netball Club as a Parent?

- Dominoes being CAPS accredited helps to show you that we are regarded as a safe place for your children to take part in sport. England Netball support the work that we do and promote accredited clubs over those who have not achieved the standard.
- We have an appropriately trained workforce at the club (coaches, officials, people behind the scenes). We ensure qualifications are up to date and new courses which will benefit our members are attended by the relevant people.
- A supportive and progressive environment for your child, promoted through the 'club' ethos, we are linked into and in cases influencing, local and county structures that can support your child’s netball development and help to progress their potential in the sport.
- The junior club has strong links to Dominoes seniors, who have a very strong reputation for being well organised and running successful events.
- A committed volunteer workforce driving the club, and working hard behind the scenes to provide the best and most affordable opportunities for your child.
- We support opportunities for people to get involved as either players, officials, coaches or helpers. Great communication about opportunities for your child and an up to date website brimming with information.
- The club, coaches and volunteers have been nominated and or received awards for the contributions to the netball community.
- We have strong partnerships with organisations which help to bring in funding and raise the profile of the club both locally and nationally.
